I wanted to share my recent experience with UA at BWI. I was traveling (chaperoning) 4 High School students to a tournament in Baltimore from Peoria, IL. The check in process with 4 students who have never traveled before was made very unpleasant by the worker posted at the ticket counter. I understand that most major corporations have turned from personalized customer service experience to a “you do it” approach. That’s ok when the customer is experienced with the ins and outs of travel. However, when those who need additional assistance, for instance 4 students who have never travelled before, may require some guidance from the 1 person assigned at the UA ticket counter. The attitude and lack of professional from your customer service agent was extremely disappointing and not doing UA any favors. The experience we encountered at ORD was great and what I would expect from UA. Very disappointed and will certainly think twice about flyin UA again. Actually, I will actively avoid UA when possible until assured the level of customer service has improved. Best of luck!
